Eligible for return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I Apply for a Return or Refund?

To start a return, you can contact us at info@perlglow.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. 

We will not accept items directly sent to us without contacting us.

Is there any Restocking Fee?

The restocking will be 15% of the actual order price 

How much will customers pay for return shipping?

For defective products (This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or faulty in another way), there will be no additional cost customers need to pay; we will bear the amount.

How much time does it take to receive the Refunded amount?

After the approval, We will send the refund amount to your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
